These terms apply to the ProteinFirst app, website, and related download service. ProteinFirst is provided by Jishi Consulting (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., operating under the Jetsiv Labs brand (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ProteinFirst, you agree to these terms.

1. Product purpose

ProteinFirst is a tool for personal tracking of food protein amounts, daily goals, and intake trends. The product may be in development, testing, or ongoing improvement, and its features, compatibility, and availability may change.

2. Eligibility and responsibility

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. Minors should use ProteinFirst with guidance from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for deciding whether the app suits your circumstances and for your entries, device security, local data, and decisions based on the app.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, receive treatment, or need to change your diet or protein intake, consult a physician or qualified professional first.

3. APK downloads and installation

When downloading the APK directly from this site, use the stable download address provided here. You may verify file integrity against the displayed SHA-256. Android may require permission to install apps from unknown sources; you decide whether to enable that permission and install the app.

Do not obtain installation packages claiming to be ProteinFirst from unverified third-party sites. We cannot guarantee the safety of software redistributed, modified, or bundled by others.

4. Acceptable use

You may use ProteinFirst for lawful personal tracking. You must not:

• use the product for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or rights-infringing activity;
• bypass security controls or interfere with the website or service;
• reverse engineer, crack, or modify the app except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• scrape, copy, sell, or redistribute the product, installation package, or content at scale without authorization; or
• publish a modified version while impersonating ProteinFirst, Jetsiv Labs, or the operator.

5. Intellectual property

The ProteinFirst name, marks, interface, design, code, copy, graphics, and related content belong to us or their respective rights holders. Except for the personal use expressly allowed by these terms, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

You keep your rights in content you enter into the app. Data in the current app version stays on your device.

6. Third-party platforms and content

The app or website may link to the App Store, Google Play, Cloudflare, or other third-party services. Their own terms and policies apply, and we do not control their availability or practices.

Protein amounts may come from general references, user entries, or estimates. Actual values vary by brand, preparation, and serving size. Check packaging or professional guidance where accuracy is important.

7. Provided as is

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ProteinFirst is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or complete accuracy of all food data and calculations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use ProteinFirst, including data loss, business interruption, or health and dietary decisions based on records. This section does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or discontinue the website, download service, or features for security, legal, maintenance, or abuse-related reasons. You may stop using and uninstall the app at any time. Uninstalling or clearing its data may permanently delete local records.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised version on this page and update the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
